This project involved the conversion of number seven North Mall from a private house to a guesthouse and later into student accommodation including new build apartments to the rear.
The work included the preservation of the walls, layout, staircase, window and other linings and the adaptation of the building to suit a guesthouse use initially and later to suit student apartments.
