This 4.9 hectare site is situated within the Cork City Council boundary on Kinsale Road. A retail warehouse and two new "pod" restaurant buildings are proposed on the site. The proposed pod buildings will provide a new street front to the site and will form a new shared public space off the street and between the two new units. The warehouse will bookend the site to the north and will be surrounded on two sides by a new landscaped area.
