This four-bedroomed house is situated overlooking Baltimore Harbour. The plan is divided into three equal north/south zones. The accommodation is surround a two-storey void containing a timber spiral staircase and chimney wall which is ventilated by east and west facing roof lights. The house presents four faces to the surrounding countryside with small punched openings to the south and west, whilst the angled wall contains larger windows allowing a view to the east.
