This is a two storey naturally ventilated open plan office building. The two office floor plates are accessed from a double height entrance foyer containing a steel staircase. This foyer is naturally lit from above by a glass roof light.

Externally, the building incorporates self coloured render at street level and encapsulated timber at upper level. The timber clad first floor incorporates integrated adjustable external sun shading which can be changed by hand.
